These Terms and Conditions (“Terms,” “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of cleaning services provided by Yorleny’s Cleaning Service LLC (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). By booking and using our cleaning services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Service Agreement

• Scope of Services: We offer a range of cleaning services, including but not limited to residential, commercial, and specialized cleaning, as agreed upon during the booking process.
• Service Quality: We are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. However, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains or complete elimination of all allergens, as results may vary based on factors beyond our control.
• Booking and Payment
  • Booking Process: To schedule a cleaning appointment, you must provide accurate information regarding the type of cleaning required, the size of the space, and specific cleaning needs. This information will be used to provide you with a service quote. You can book our services through our website, mobile app, or by contacting our customer service representatives.
  • Service Quote: The service quote provided to you is an estimate based on the information you provide. Please note that the final cost may vary depending on the actual conditions upon arrival, including the cleanliness of the property and any additional services requested.
  • Payment Methods: Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept all major credit cards for payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Please ensure that your chosen payment method is valid and has sufficient funds to cover the service cost.
  • Cancellation and Rescheduling: We understand that scheduling changes may be necessary. If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee. If you reschedule, the new appointment will be subject to availability.
  • Additional Charges: Any additional services requested or unforeseen circumstances that require extra time and resources may result in additional charges. These charges will be discussed and agreed upon with you before proceeding with the additional services.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee & Complaints

• In the event that you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your cleaning service, you are required to provide written or verbal notice to Yorleny’s Cleaning Service LLC within twenty-four (24) hours of the service date. Upon receipt of such timely notice, we will schedule a prompt return visit to re-clean the specific area(s) identified. If, after the re-cleaning, the matter is not resolved to your reasonable satisfaction, we will issue a full refund for the portion of the service in dispute. This Satisfaction Guarantee is void if notice is not received within the stated 24-hour period or if the area in question has been altered, used, or otherwise impacted following our original service.

3. Non-Solicitation

• Yorleny’s Cleaning Service (the “Company”) has spent significant time and money recruiting, training, and retaining its employees and other workers, so that we can provide you with top quality service. By engaging the Company and accepting its services, you agree that you will not, directly, or indirectly, solicit or encourage any employee or other worker of the Company to provide services for you or any other person, other than through the Company. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

4. Website Usage

• You are permitted to use our website for the purpose of booking cleaning services and accessing relevant information. You agree to use the website in a lawful and responsible manner and not engage in any activities that may harm, disrupt, or impair the website’s functionality or security.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our website, server, or any part of our system.
• Data Scraping: Using any automated tools, software, or scripts to scrape, harvest, collect, or extract data, content, or information from our website without our prior written consent.
• Intellectual Property Violation: Using, reproducing, distributing, modifying, adapting, displaying, or publicly performing any content from our website without our prior written consent, including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, or other materials.
• Framing or Mirroring: Framing or mirroring our website or any part of it on other websites or platforms without our prior written permission.
• Misuse of User-Generated Content: Misusing, reproducing, or distributing user-generated content, comments, reviews, or other materials submitted to our website without the consent of the respective content owners.
• Unauthorized Use of Company Branding: Using our company name, logo, trademarks, or any other branding elements for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
• Hacking and Cyberattacks: Engaging in any form of hacking, cyberattacks, or activities that may compromise the security, functionality, or integrity of our website or the data of our users.
• Posting Harmful Content: Posting or transmitting any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, threatening, or harmful to others.

• Claims: Any claims for damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate and, if necessary, arrange for repair or replacement of the damaged item or area, up to the limit of our liability insurance.

• Health Conditions: Please inform us of any health hazards, allergies, or infectious diseases in your property to ensure the safety of our staff.
• Safety Hazards: We reserve the right to refuse cleaning in areas or properties deemed unsafe for our staff.

8. Termination

• Termination by You: You may terminate our services at any time by providing notice. Any outstanding payments must be settled before termination.
• Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if we determine that continued service poses a risk to the safety or well-being of our staff.

9. Confidentiality

• We respect your privacy and will keep all information confidential. We will not disclose any personal or confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.

11. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
