What is included in a standard cleaning?

Included Cleaning Services:

  1. Clean ceiling fans
  2. Dust pictures and wall hangings
  3. Dust window sills (inside)
  4. Dust blinds / window treatments
  5. Remove cobwebs
  6. Clean baseboards
  7. Clean doors and frames / sanitize high-touch areas
  8. Clean back patio doors (inside/outside)
  9. Mop all hard floors
  10. Vacuum all carpeting
  11. Bathroom sanitization: toilet, shower, sink and surfaces
  12. Kitchen sanitization: sink, surfaces, appliances and cabinets (exterior)
  13. Clean microwave (inside/outside)
  14. Clean washer, dryer (exterior)
  15. Make beds (laundry not included)

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Absolutely! We are here to serve you. If you have a special request, please let us know.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes, we are fully stocked with everything we need to get the job done. If you have a special request, prefer we use your products / vacuum, please let us know.

 

 

How do I create a Yorleny’s Cleaning Service Account?

  1. Select “LOGIN” tab on top of the page
  2. Select “Sign up” bottom of the page
  3. Enter required information, click “Sign up”
  4. Go to your email inbox and confirm your account
  5. Choose a password, and select “Create Account”

How much will it cost?

Cost depends on rooms, bathrooms, and desired services. You can use the slider on our Homepage to view pricing. If your home is over 3,000 square feet, or if you only need certain areas of your home cleaned, please contact our office at 561-370-3156. We can provide you with hourly pricing.

Pricing & Policies

Flat Rate Pricing – how does it work?

We offer flat rate pricing for homes under 3,000 square feet. This pricing is available online and is quoted for the whole house to be cleaned. If you only need parts of your house cleaned, please call our office for hourly pricing.

Hourly Pricing – how does it work?

Hourly pricing is per cleaning technician at the going hourly rate. Depending on the size of the property and the scope of work, we will quote an estimate based on the expected time frame to complete everything. The final price is subject to change upon completion.

Is there anything you don’t clean?

Yes! Hazardous Waste, Crime Scene Cleanup, Blood, Mold Remediation, Suicide Cleanup, Rodent Droppings, Feces / Urine Cleanup (Human and animal waste are biohazards), and Medical Waste. If in doubt, please contact our office. We’re happy to help!

What do I do if I have pets?

We love pets! Should there be anything special we need to be aware of, please be sure to tell our staff ahead of time. If your pets are not friendly, please make arrangements to create a friendly atmosphere for our cleaning technicians, safety first!

What if my booking was not scheduled properly?

Should there be any discrepancy between the work order and property analysis by the cleaning technicians on the day of cleaning, our office will contact you immediately.

What if my home is a disaster?

Contact our office, explain the situation, and we will quote an hourly estimate based on the scope of work for what you would like to have done. If necessary, we will schedule a brief in-person visit prior to the cleaning.

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Each cleaning technician needs to pass our stringent vetting process and character assessment to prove their competence and trustworthiness. In addition, we want to make sure they care for the heart and vision of Yorleny’s Cleaning Service.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Absolutely! All credit card information is fully secure and encrypted.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

Contact our office immediately.

What is your refund policy?

If our team fails to resolve the issue you have with our services, we’ll give you a full refund – we don’t settle for a job half-done.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority! If you’re dissatisfied with our service for any reason, just let us know within 24 hours from the date of service. Your cleaning team will be back to re-clean the area in question as soon as possible and make sure you get the above-par service you deserve.
